近日，课题组与上海药物所联合培养硕士研究生吴孟君的题为“New cembrane-typediterpenoids from the South China Sea soft coral Sinularia crassa and their α-glucosidase inhibitory activity” 文章于Bioorganic Chemistry发表。该文章主要确定了从中国南海软珊瑚Sinularia crassa中分离得到的四个新西松烷型化合物的结构，以及通过mosher法以及计算ECD确证了绝对构型。其中(+)-2和5是对LO2细胞无细胞毒性的α-葡萄糖苷酶抑制剂，其指导老师为郭跃伟研究员和王鸿教授。
