祝贺课题组与上海药物所联合培养的硕士研究生林娜文章被Tetrahedron Letters接收

        近日,课题组与上海药物所联合培养的硕士研究生林娜以“Uncommon eunicellin-based diterpenoid and 9,11-secosteroid from the Sanya soft coral Cladiella krempfi: Structureand stereochemistry为题的文章被Tetrahedron Letters接收。该文章主要描述了从中国南海软珊瑚Cladiella krempfi中分离得到2个新化合物,包括1个较罕见的Labiatin A-like(或Eunicellin-based)型二萜(1)和1个新的9, 11-开环甾体(2)。其中化合物1为罕见的具有通过C2–C6醚桥连接的四氢吡喃(THP)环的结构,同时通过化学反应沟通和单晶X射线衍射分析首次确定了该类结构的绝对构型,对此类结构绝对构型的鉴定提供了参考依据。此外,化合物2是短足软珊瑚属中发现的首例9, 11-开环甾体类化合物。对化合物进行了PTP1B抑制活性的研究。指导老师为郭跃伟研究员和王鸿教授。

        Recently,the article entitled " Uncommon eunicellin-based diterpenoid and 9,11-secosteroid from the Sanya soft coral Cladiella krempfi: Structureand stereochemistry " by Na Lin, a master's student jointly trained byour group and Shanghai Institute of Materia Medica, was accepted by the TetrahedronLetters. In the study on the chemical constituents of the soft coral Cladiellakrempfi in Ximao Island, Hainan, three compounds were obtained,including a new labiatin A-like (or eunicellin-based) diterpenoid (1)and a new 9,11-secosteroid (2). Compound 1 is a rare structurewith a tetrahydropyran (THP) ring connected by a C2–C6 ether bridge, and theabsolute configuration of this type of structure was unambiguously determinedfor the first time by chemical transformation and X-ray diffractionanalysis, which could be helpful for determining the absolute configuration ofother related analogs. Moreover, 2 is the first example of9,11-secosteroid discovered from soft corals of the genus Cladiella. The PTP1B inhibitory activity ofthe isolates was studied. The supervisors are researcher Yue-wei Guo andProfessor Hong Wang.
