Basic requirements:

1. Experience in natural product chemistry, medicinal chemistry, organic chemistry, microbiology or other related disciplines, and under 35 years of age.

2. A Ph.D. degree from overseas prestigious Universities or Chinese academy of sciences, or from “Double Tops” disciplines.

3. A Ph.D. degree from domestic Universities but have more than one year work experience in the overseas university or institutes.

Research direction requirements:

1. Efficient discovery and development of marine drug precursors

2. Research and development of marine biological products

3. Synthesis and optimization of marine drug precursors

4. Research and development of natural products and traditional Chinese medicine products

Package:

The first term of employment is three years for a lecturer and five years for an associate professor. The University provides training teaching and research courses. For the first term of employment:

1. The annual salary is RMB150,000-250,000 yuan, including pension insurance, medical insurance, unemployment insurance, industrial injury insurance and housing fund according to national policies.

2. The university provides RMB600,000-650,000 yuan of housing resettlement fee, and the applicants can apply for the school's collective dormitory for young teachers. if the three-year employment period is excellent, can provide additional housing resettlement fee of 100,000 yuan.

4. The university provides RMB30,000-200,000 yuan of scientific research startup fund, special talents enjoy special treatment according to the provisions of the University.
