Recently, the master student Tao-Shun Zhou published an article entitled "Thiazolidin-2-cyanamides derivatives as novel potent Escherichia coli β-glucuronidase inhibitors and their structure-inhibitory activity relationships" in the Journal of Enzyme Inhibition and Medicinal Chemistry. This article mainly explores the structure-inhibitory activity relationships of thirteen thiazolidine-2-cyanamide derivatives against Escherichia coli β-glucuronidase (EcGUS), which would help researchers to design and develop more effective thiazolidin-2-cyanamide type inhibitors against EcGUS.
