Recently, The paper entitled "Sinucrassins A−K, Casbane-type Diterpenoids from the South China Sea Soft Coral Sinularia crassa" was accepted by Chinese Journal of Chemistry. In this paper, we describe the structural identification of 11 novel casbane-type diterpenoids isolated from the soft coral Sinularia crassa in the South China Sea. The absolute configurations of new compounds were determined by the X-ray diffraction analysis and computer-assisted struc-tural elucidation including 13C NMR data calculation and time-dependent density functional theory/electronic circular dichroism calculation. their inhibitory activities against α-glucosidase and DPP-4, targets for anti-T2DM therapy were evaluated.
