Recently, the research paper titled "Enantioselective Reduction and Sulfenylation of Isoflavanone Derivatives via Bisguanidinium Hypervalent Silicate" authored by graduate students Qiaoqiang Li and Yuqing Dai, which has been accepted for publication in Organic Letters. This article reported a synthetic strategy employing a chiral bisguanidinium cation catalyst (BG) for the enantioselective reduction and sulfenylation of isoflavanone derivatives. The graduate students are under the guidance of Professor Xinyi Ye and Professor Hong Wang.
