1. In order to reduce the probability ofdiscovery of marine drug precursors, the strategy of "one bacterium formany substances" was adopted to promote the efficient discovery of naturalproducts with novel structure and unique activity.

        2. In view of the shortage of drug sources ofmarine lead substances, microbial mutation breeding technology, geneticengineering technology, fermentation engineering technology and modernchromatography technology are adopted to improve the fermentation potency andto form the preparation scale through process integration and optimization.

       The subject has been supported by 1 national key populariedproject and 3 National Natural Science Foundation projects in 13th Five-YearPlan. More than 40 SCI papers have been published. 10 authorized patents havebeen granted by the nation. 1 leading substances has been evaluated in thefield of drug production evaluation. 1 product has won the gold prize of the fifthInternet plus Zhejiang provincial university students' innovation andentrepreneurship competition.
