Recently, the article entitled "Composition-activity relationships of polysaccharides from Saccharina japonicain regulating gut microbiota in short-term high-fat diet-fed mice" by Mr. Ke Songze of our group was accepted by the Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry. This article mainly explored the effect of a short-term high-fat diet and Saccharina japonica polysaccharides in regulating gut microbiota, and analyzed the composition-activity relationships between polysaccharides with gut microbiota. This finding provides insights for the quantitative composition-activity relationships of polysaccharides in regulating gut microbiota. Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry currently appears in the JCR Q1 with an impact factor of 5.279. His instructors are Prof. Hong Wang and Dr. Bin Wei.
